I first learned about the Spirit Bear while i was travelling through British Columbia, Canada in 2012. The bear, also known as the Kermode bear, is actually a black bear. For the Indigenous people the bear is sacred.
For me it is these kinds of discoveries that prove the magic of life. We aren’t a part of someone’s fantasy or imaginary story. This is real. Real nature. Real magic.
I believe in celebrating the endlessness of discovering all of earth’s treasures.
