As an artist I have noticed how both women and nature always interest me. The power of nature over humanity is both terrifying and beautiful at once. Nature and woman both have shown their strength in a world that doesn’t always allow them to.
The clay/desert/brown colours are representing nature; the accessibility and the force. The woman, Welela, is as a part of nature. You can see her, touch her, but her eyes are closed. You can’t completely own her.
The gold represent the value while the blue stands for positivity. It’s about being both unbreakable yet kind.
